“In case of emergency” (ICE) is a program that enables first responders, such as paramedics, firefighters and police officers, to identify victims and contact their next of kin to obtain important medical information. All BCC students are encouraged to enter emergency contacts in their mobile phone address book under the name "ICE". Alternately, a person can list multiple emergency contacts as "ICE1", "ICE2", etc. Doing so will assist the BCC Public Safety officers if there should ever been an emergency situation on campus.

If you have any questions about this or would like more information, please contact the Office of Student Activities at x1238 or by email at .
