The Leadership To Go program is an innovative and comprehensive program that reaches out to millennial generation students and those working within the millennial generation to guide and teach valuable leadership development within the Burlington County College student body. The program focuses on acquiring the essential skills needed for the leadership role through a series of workshops, interviews and written reflections that enhance the lives of students and their many opportunities available to them at Burlington County College. This program aims to expand students’ understanding of leadership through learning and experience among their peers and the campus community.
