EMPLOYMENT

BURLINGTON COUNTY COLLEGE.  Pemberton, NJ  1990 – Present
 2002-Present  THEATRE LECTURER.  Teach classes in Speech, Communication and Theatre.
 Provide Academic Advising for students.  Chair Art Committee.

1997-2002  ASSISTANT DEAN LIBERAL ARTS.  Responsible for: Facilitating the activities of the Dean of Liberal Arts in all matters as directed by him/her to include:  Administrator of Division in the absence of the Dean.  Research and prepare publications, financial reports and correspondence.  Develop and administer budget.  Assist in grant proposal preparation.  Ensure adherence to standards for new program development.  Represent the Dean at internal and external meetings.  Ensure various support departments provide adequate services to the areas supervised by the Dean.  Serve as liaison with area high schools.  Draft schedules for full-time and adjunct faculty.  Assist in evaluating faculty and adjuncts.  Meet with prospective students.  Supervise instructional assistants, laboratory technicians, secretarial staff and office student assistants.

1995-1997  LIBERAL ARTS ADJUNCT COORDINATOR. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, scheduling and supervising approximately 100 adjunct faculty per semester.  Disciplines include:
 Business Studies, Fine Arts, Humanities, Language, Literature and Social Sciences,

1990-1997  ADJUNCT FACULTY. SPEECH & THEATRE.  Classes include Public Speaking, Interpersonal Communication and Survey of the Performing Arts.

ROBERT SAGOT, INC.  Cherry Hill, NJ 1984 -1990.  ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE.  Secured and managed an annual average of $1.5 million of corporate sales.  Responsibilities included: Assessment of client needs. Supervision of creative concept. Presentation of proposal. Supervision of product order and installation. Representative clients:  Philadelphia Corporation for Aging, Penn Mutual Insurance, SL Industries, Linpro Corporation, Equity Bank, Radnor Canuso, Modern Video Productions.

ALLISON PARK SCHOOL DISTRICT    Allison Park, PA  1982 - 1983.   ARTIST IN RESIDENCE.  Primary responsibility included the production of main stage musicals
 including the hiring and supervision of a staff of three other artists.

WEST VIRGINIA UNIVERSITY  Morgantown, WV  1979 - 1981. ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR.  Taught non-majors in Speech Communication and Oral Interpretation of Literature for the Theatre Department.  Thesis:  Beneath the Crown; a one woman show produced by West Virginia University.

ROANOKE ISLAND HISTORICAL ASSOCIATION   Manteo, NC  1980 - 1981.  LEADING ACTRESS in the historical outdoor drama The Lost Colony under the direction of Tony Award winner Joe Layton.  Recipient of the 1981 Evelyn Russell Layton Award.  Managed company housing and ran an outlet box office for ticket sales.
