How do I cite it?
MLA Style
- The
Owl at Purdue is one of the best known web based authorities
for style questions. The only difference between what they suggest
and what The MLA Handbook recommends is that where they use
italics, the Handbook uses underlining. (Source: Purdue University).
- MLA
Works Cited Documentation is an excellent site created by a
high school English teacher (Source: www.studyguide.org).
- How
to Cite Electronic Sources does an excellent job of describing
how to cite entire websites, cartoons, films, online legal matericals,
maps, newspapers etc., all available as part of the American
Memory Project. (Source: Library of Congress).
Useful for either style
- Son of Citation
Machine will lay it out for you, as long as you are not using
anything too unusual. (Source: David Warlick & The Landmark
Project).
APA Style
- Creating
an APA Reference List does an excellent job of setting out the
basics of a Reference List in APA Style (Source: University of Wisconsin
Writing Center).
- The
Owl at Purdue equally as useful and as well maintained as the
MLA site recommended previously (Source: Purdue University).
