Burlington County College is excited to announce the implementation of our new
online applicant tracking system, NEOGOV. If you have completed an application in
the last six (6) months using our previous site, it is not necessary for you to
complete a new application. We do, however, encourage you to review our new
system to view our current vacancies and new system features.

BCC only accepts online applications. All Full Time positions are posted online until they are filled. Adjunct positions are continuously posted online but hiring is based on the needs of each semester. All Adjunct applications are kept on file for one (1) year. 

Please ensure that your employment application clearly demonstrates how you meet the minimum qualifications for the position in which you are applying. Incomplete applications will not be considered.  

Online applications are stored on a secure site and only authorized employees will have access. 

If you have been selected to interview for a position, you will be contacted by phone. If you have not been selected you will be notified by email.

Burlington County College complies with the "New Jersey First Act:". This Act requires all Burlington County College employees, hired on or after September 1st, 2011, to currently reside in NJ or relocate within one (1) year of their hire date.
