Student results on The Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association comprehensive final exams. Percent Passing represents the number of students passing the exam compared to the total number of students taking the exam.  P/N represents students passing / students taking the exam.  Passing score is correctly answering at least 60 of 80 questions on an exam, a 75 percent or higher grade.  A goal of each course is to pass the final exam.  Specific Learning Objectives and Learning Outcomes per course can be found at this link:
