How to succeed in this course

  • Learning to write in a second language is done by the development of all skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing. You should make the course and the assignments a priority.

  • In addition, you should plan to immerse yourself in the English-speaking culture.

  • If the only time you write English is during our classes, you will not make as much progress as you would like.

  • Take advantage of the International Club as well as other clubs and organizations on campus. Participate in the joint activities with other classes throughout the semester.

  • Be an active learner and you will be duly rewarded with improved control of writing the English language as well as good grades.
