The ESL Center

The ESL Center, located in Academic 201A on the Pemberton campus, provides academic support to those students whose primary language is not English.

All of the services are offered at Mount Laurel and Pemberton both day and evening

Courses in speaking, reading, and writing

Individual and group tutors

computer-assisted learning materials

Conversation Partners program

Academic advisement

Your success is the primary focus of our program. Every effort will be made to assist you in reaching your goals. Individual advising is done on a regular basis throughout the program.

Tutoring

Any student in the ESL Program is eligible to use the tutorial services offered by the ESL staff. Most students meet with a tutor to work on language skills for one or two hours a week. Their focus is on the individual’s language needs.
