Did you know the mission of the EOF Program at BCC is to provide access to higher education for highly motivated students who lack the resources to succeed in college?

Keith AndersonKeith Anderson graduated from Burlington County College (BCC) in December of 2011 with a degree in communications. Upon graduation, he transferred to Rutgers-New Brunswick and is currently attending Rider University, where he is heavily involved with the TV and radio station on campus. Keith’s career goal is to be a sports anchor/journalist. He loves to play sports, especially baseball, and his favorite team is the New York Yankees.

“The support of my family, the EOF Dept., and my self-perseverance have significantly contributed to my success at BCC,” Keith said. “EOF contributed to my success by keeping me on track and giving me the support that I needed to get through each semester. I found the workshops to be very helpful towards real life situations and my academics,” he explained.

When asked for any advice for current and future students, Keith responded, “Take advantage of all opportunities that are given to you from the EOF Department, attend all your meetings and workshops, and most importantly study hard and keep your grades up.”
