About Us

The club was designed to raise student's level of career awareness. Its primary goal is to provide learning experiences that will strengthen occupational focus in this exciting career specialty. The specific goals are to:

1) Gain practical experience in the career field or related to education

2) To engage in program of activities geared to career exploration, life skills and service learning

3) To experience positive leadership and have an opportunity to lead others

4) To learn and grow in a caring environment

Education activities include:

Lectures by Educators on various concentration in "Education"

Field visits to educational institutions and social service agencies

Art and crafts with handicapped children at Voorhees Pediatrics

Career exploration through the Self Directed Search

Bowling and pizza parties

Free trip to cultural and educational sites, such as the Franklin Institute and the Philadelphia Art Museum
