ABOUT US:

A multi-million dollar investment to serve the rapidly growing food service, hospitality and tourism sectors.

A regional educational partnership. And Mt. Holly’s crown jewel.

It’s an exciting time at BCC. The new 19,000 square foot home for our program in Culinary Arts, Hospitality & Tourism (CAHT) will be a regional landmark, as well as the crown jewel of Mt. Holly’s downtown revitalization.

An AAS or AS degree in Culinary Arts from BCC…plus seamless transfer to four-year programs in Culinary Arts.

And, as the next generation of food industry professionals, our CAHT graduates will not only be eligible for seamless transfer to four-year programs in Culinary Arts, including those at Drexel University, but fully prepared to take their places in the rapidly growing food service sector

More than 350 students annually. Six years in the planning.

The new programs in Culinary Arts, Hospitality & Tourism at BCC will serve as the focal point for both secondary and higher education partnerships with the Burlington County Institute of Technology, Seneca High School, Pemberton Township High School, and Drexel University at BCC.

Food industry professions are among the top five in growth demand in both the state and in Burlington County. And the College anticipates serving as the future of food education for more than 350 students annually, including 25 in the core program. First conceived more than six years ago in response to the rapid growth of the food service sector both across the country (+18%) and in New Jersey (+24%), the new Culinary Arts, Hospitality & Tourism programs at BCC represents a multimillion dollar investment by the College.
