The College was pleased to recently name Chef Elizabeth Dinice as the new director of the culinary program. Chef Beth comes to BCC fresh from the corporate chef environment. She earned her undergraduate degree from Fordham University
and also completed an American Culinary Federation Apprenticeship Program. She has worked throughout the region's finest kitchens and brings a true passion and experience to the classroom.
This is not Chef Beth's first venture into the teaching environment. She has taught as an adjunct professor here at BCC as well as at Mercer County College. She is actively involved with several professional culinary associations and is excited to head up both credit and non-credit course offerings. Stay tuned to BCC's culinary website for Chef Beth's monthly video demonstrations!
