COMBASE is a consortium of community colleges from across the United States who voluntarily joined together for the purpose of: identifying, validating and employing exemplary practices in community-based and performance-oriented Education; and sharing our expertise and experiences through research, publications, professional development programs, networking, and other means.
We typically plan one conference per year, usually in September, at the location of a consortium member. We also conduct an annual business breakfast at the annual convention of the AACC in the Spring.
Membership dues are $600, payable annually upon receipt of the COMBASE invoice mailed in late May. Membership is effective for fiscal year July 1-June 30. Membership dues are used to cover conference expenses, the AACC Breakfast, publications, and other costs associated with the operation of the Consortium.
