Employer Partnership Program

The BCC Career Services Employer Partnership Program was developed to assist students, alumni and employers.

The mission of the Career Services Center is to assist students and alumni in their career development and decision making as well as obtaining meaningful internships and/or full-time employment. Employer sponsorships aid with the following:

Identifying internships and supporting job
search activities through hosting employer events

Providing stipends to students to cover
travel expenses to and from an internship

Hosting student career development programs

Useful career publications

The BCC Career Services Center continually provides free services to employers such as online job postings, on-campus recruiting and classroom presentations. Some companies choose to further increase their brand by participating in the program to gain additional exposure and develop strong relationships with our students.

How Does the Employer Partnership Program Benefit Your Company?

Participating in the Employee Partnership Program assists companies with maintaining their year-round presence with BCC students. It is vital for companies to build a strong brand on campus in order to attract the top student talent.

Our Employer Partnership Program will provide additional visibility to organizations. Companies may partner with the Career Services Center to best serve all of their recruiting needs by becoming a BCC Career Services Employer Partner.
