Find a Job Job seekers often only get one chance to make a first impression. BCC’s resume and cover letter service is extremely useful. Optimal Resume is a web-based service (offered through BCC) that helps job seekers to create and manage resumes. Optimal Resume allows you to create an effective resume and provides samples and a variety of templates to assist you. Users can create and manage an unlimited number of resumes in their account, and the software includes spell checking, action words and format assistance - on a 24/7 basis.
