Students who stop attending must follow the BCC Drop procedures and officially drop courses within the published refund period or they will be held responsible for full payment of tuition and fees.

Financial Aid funds will be applied to your tuition bill only if you have been approved for financial aid and receive official notification from the BCC Financial Aid Office before the payment due date. If the amount of your award does not cover your entire bill, you must pay the balance in full or enroll in the FACTS Payment Plan. If you do not receive approval from the Financial Aid Office before the payment due date, you must sign up for the FACTS Payment Plan or pay your bill in full.
