Kirk PetersonHead Coach, Softball - Kirk Peterson


Coach Kirk A. Peterson was born in Reading, PA where he graduated from Central Dauphin High School in Harrisburg, PA. He attended Brandywine College where he played basketball and received his Associates degree in Criminology. Later he received a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He then served in the United States Marine Corps reserve from 1986-1989.

Coach Peterson is married and resides in Willingboro, NJ with his wife and 5 daughters. Prior to becoming the Head Softball Coach at Burlignton County College (BCC) he was affiliated with the Willingboro Jemz softball program were he assisted in winning 3 straight Babe Ruth State Championships.  Under his leadership, as a first year coach at BCC, the 2012-2013 team achieved a 38-15 record. They went on to win the Region 19 Championship which earned them a trip to the Junior College World Series in Clinton Mississippi. This was the first time this was achieved in College history. Coach Peterson's philosophy is to stress the importance of getting your education and strive for the stars in what ever you do. "I'm here to try to win a national Championship and try to assist as many young ladies graduate with college degrees as possible"  


Kirk PetersonAssistant Coach, Softball - Robert Holliday

Assistant Coach Robert Holliday will enter his fourth year with the RCBC Softball Program.  Prior to becoming the Assistant Softball Coach at RCBC, Holliday was affiliated with a local softball travel program. There he was a head coach that won numerous national, state, and local travel team championships. He also aided numerous players gain athletic and academic scholarships. His role within the RCBC program is focused on outfield coaching, scouting, recruiting, and academics.

Coach Holliday attended Montgomery County Community College (Blue Bell, PA), where he majored in physics and played basketball and tennis. Later he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Howard University in 1982.  He also served in the United States Army Active and Reserve from 1986-2000. Currently, Coach Holliday along with his coaching duties, he works full time as a systems engineer and an adjunct professor.  Coach Holliday is married and resides in Burlington Township, NJ with his wife, five sons and daughter.
