Keith M. Crump, a Burlington County native, is the Head Coach for Men’s Basketball at Burlington County College (BCC).

A Burlington High School graduate, Crump was a two-year starter for Coach Joe Costello. Crump was an all marine player at Camp Lejune and an M.V.P player at Cecil Naval Air Station.

Crump’s coaching experience includes seven years at Life Center Academy, two years at Living Faith Academy and one year at Burlington City High School.

He lives with his wife of 28 years, Deborah, in Willingboro. They have two children, Ryan and Kiheta, and three grandchildren.

Assistant Coach, Men's Basketball - Douglas M. Reed:

Douglas M. Reed is in his first season as an Assistant Coach for Men’s Basketball at Burlington County College (BCC).

Reed, a Cincinnati, Ohio native, was a high school basketball player under the guidance of University of Cincinnati Assistant Coach George Jackson. Prior to BCC, Reed served as the Assistant Sports Director of the Middle Atlantic district of the Amateur Athletic Union and as a high school basketball official.

Reed also worked for the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Ft Dix, as a Senior Procurement Specialist for more than 19 years. He is retired from the US Army Reserves where he served in several capacities including First Sergeant, Drill Sergeant and Training Instructor.

He has served in the community of Willingboro as a volunteer youth coach and tournament director for the Boro Blitz Basketball Club. He has also been a counselor and camp commissioner at various basketball camps, including former NBA great Donyell Marshall camp, Seton Hall University, and Prep All-stars basketball camp.

Reed's goal is to produce a student athlete who will gain experience and education at BCC and continue at a Division I or Division II college. Reed's main responsibility at BCC will be recruitment.

He is an outstanding coach who relates and communicates well with our players and he is willing do anything for our program."
