documents were handed out in "hard copy" on the first day of
class. Also handed out on the first day
were:
- A personalized student data sheet containing
important student contact information as well as web addresses, user names and
passwords to be used in the course
- An official BCC address change form to be used if any contact
information on the student data sheet was incorrect
- The Cisco Program Curriculum Data Sheet for this class
- A student agreement form, which was to be signed and
returned
