Professional Bio
Donna Vandergrift has been teaching at Burlington County College since
January of 1991. She began teaching as an Adjunct and became full
time at the college in September 1997. Prior to teaching full
time, she was a career counselor at several local universities and with
the U.S. Army.
While at BCC, she has taught numerous courses,
including General Psychology I & II, Child & Adolescent
Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Personality Psychology, Social
Psychology, and Marriage & the Family.
Areas of
Interest
Areas
of interest include Human Development, Family Interactions, Resiliency,
and Teaching and Learning.
Research
Currently, she is working on a research project entitled
“Military-Induced Separation in National Guard Families”, which is
focusing on the experiences of wives who husband has been recently
