Setting up your BCC Voicemail
You should only have to do this once!
1. From your home telephone, call (609) 894-9311 (Penmberton) or 856) 222-9311 (Mt Laurel)
2. When the Automated Attendant answers, press * * to access the voicemail system.
3. Enter your assigned extension. Listen for the voice prompts and follow the instructions!
4. First, you must create a password. When prompted:
a. Enter a 4-digit to 10-digit password, and press #.
b. Press 1 to save the password or 2 to change the password.
5. Then create your Name Announcement - your name announcement identifies your mailbox.
a. When prompted to record your name announcement, speak your name clearly into the handset’s receiver,
and press #.
b. Press 1 to save your name announcement or press 2 to re-record it.
6. Next, create your Personal Greeting - your personal greeting is played to callers when they reach your mailbox. You should record a personal greeting immediately, and update your greeting as often as necessary to keep
a. Record your greeting after the tone, and press #.
Example: "Hello, you have reached [your name] at BCC. Please leave your name and class
section along with your phone number and I will return your call within 48 hours."
b. Press 1 to save your greeting or 2 to re-record your greeting.
7. After the voice prompt verifies that you have successfully set up your voice mail options, press * repeatedly
until the system exits.
Listen to Voice Messages

Enter your extension.

Your name announcement plays.

Enter your password and press #.

Press 1, and the system plays all
new messages in the order they arrived.

While messages are playing, you may
use your telephone keypad to perform any of the options shown below:
