BCC offers payment options through its online student services system Web Advisor . Web Advisor already offers online registration, the opportunity to check your grades and student record, and request transcripts.
BCC also offers a no-interest monthly tuition payment plan through the Nelnet Business Solutions (formerly Facts Management Company). There is a $25 per semester non-refundable charge for this service. This plan enables eligible students to make up to 4 monthly payments automatically from their bank accounts or by charging a credit card. - Make a down payment IMMEDIATELY and arrange for up to 4 monthly payments, based on your enrollment date.
FACTS e-Cashier will allow you to make payment(s) by:
- Automatic Payments from your Checking or Savings account or
- Credit Card
The nonrefundable enrollment fee to budget payment(s) through FACTS is:
- $25.00 per Semester
- $2.00 for Full Payment (Payment Processed IMMEDIATELY)
- Full payment available only through your checking or savings account.
Whether or not you are the Responsible Party listed on the Nelnet Business Solutions (formerly FACTS) Tuition Payment Agreement, Burlington County College will hold you, the student, responsible for full payment of tuition (unless you officially drop and/or withdraw in writing, within the refund period) in the event NBS is unable to collect your full or partial payment(s). A $30 retuned payment fee is charged if your payment is returned for any reason by the FACTS payment plan. After a second attempt to collect the payment fails, you will be terminated from the plan immediately and responsible for payment in full at the time of termination.
Failure to attend class or stopping attendance does NOT constitute an official drop.
Burlington County College refers outstanding accounts to collections. If referred, you will be responsible for additional collection costs, which can be up to an additional 25% of what you owe the college. In addition, the collection agency may be authorized to report debts to consumer reporting agencies.
Students must come to a BCC Business Office location in Pemberton or Mt Laurel campus to complete a FACTS Change of Status Form if any change in their class schedule occurs (i.e. student adds or drops a class or drops below 6 credits). This notification must be made at least 10 days prior to their scheduled NBS payment. Or as soon as the student makes the change.
